Lois Quinn of the Employment and Training Institute at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee was the guest this week at the Division of Research and Assessment's Research Briefs. Quinn talked about the reports she and John Pawasarat, also of the ETI, prepared for MPS detailing demographics and challenges confronting nine central city zip codes.
